With both entrepreneurial and global experience in startups, scale-ups, and private and public companies, Ana founded Sparrow Advisers. It’s a strategic consultancy helping marketers and C-suite executives navigate digital transformation, strategy, marketing, customer insights, and the data-driven Adtech and Martech waters.

Ana sees and builds things that have not been there before and makes sure that the company doesn’t fall apart when something new happens. As an entrepreneur running her own company, and with decades of experience under her belt, Ana cherishes the ability to approach problems from different angles and to talk about solutions openly and realistically.

With a rich consulting portfolio under her belt, she operates in the space between disciplines and within industries that are transforming through rapid technological adoption and similar macro events. This knowledge allows her to diagnose issues that someone else might overlook. For example, she may diagnose problems in your product team that are causing your sales teams to underperform and can spot which lines of business need different go-to-market approaches to be successful in a specific region.

Ana is currently co-founder and principal of Sparrow Advisers, company that offers actionable management consulting services to executives of companies of different sizes and maturity, and member of the Board of Directors in ID5.

Ana’s career began with leadership roles in media and entertainment startups and scale-ups in Europe and the United States. This led to digital data management and executive leadership. Ana led the development of product strategy and participated in the development of the industry-leading Demdex platform, now Adobe Audience Manager, from its early days through its successful acquisition and integration into the Adobe Digital Marketing suite.

Later on, Ana established Signal's Global Strategic Consulting group and helped Fortune 500 customers adopt advanced and predictive analytics across their marketing, ad ops, and digital content business units at software giant SAS.

Her current consulting portfolio includes executing digital initiatives in 50+ countries and advising companies on go-to-market strategies in North America, LATAM, APAC, and EMEA. She is also a mentor at New York’s Entrepreneurs’ Roundtable Accelerator (ERA).
